All "FLAT RATE SHIPPING" orders will be sent either US Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS ground at our discretion. If you have a preference for shipping type, please note in the Comments Section during checkout.

SALES TAX: All orders delivered to the States of Nevada or Tennessee will have applicable sales tax added to your order during checkout.

Most orders will be shipped within one business day. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If we are unable to ship in one business day, we will send an email notification. Our corporate offices and main warehouse is in Nashville, TN. Depending on your delivery location, standard shipping time is 2-5 business days. We also operate a warehouse in Reno, Nevada which processes the majority of our nutrition and incontinence products for our West Coast customers. This allows us to deliver these products anywhere on the West Coast in 1-3 business days.

Bras, Swimsuits, Breast Forms, Compression Hose: While we keep 1,000's of these items in stock, due to the large variety of sizes and styles, some of these products will be ordered from the manufacturer. We have arrangements with most manufacturers to ship the same day as we place the order. Please allow 4-7 days before we ship the product to you.

Special Delivery Instructions: We will provide UPS or USPS with your special instructions. However, we cannot promise that they will follow the notations. UPS and USPS deliver on their schedules, even when asked to deliver at a specific time of day.

⁽¹⁾Hawaii and Alaska: Please select "FIRST CLASS MAIL" as your shipping option. Most orders to these areas will be sent US Priority Mail. Orders over four pounds will incur extra shipping charges. Please call, email or make a note in your order for 2nd Day and Overnight shipping rates to these areas. Very Heavy items cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, including, but not limited to nutritional products and incontinence products.

International Orders: We do NOT accept any international orders.

• UPS Only: All 2nd Day and Overnight packages are shipped via UPS.
• Not all items are available for expedited shipping: If the item you requested is not available for expedited shipping, you will be notified of the first available shipment date. At that time, you will be given the option to keep your expedited shipping selection for when the item does become available for shipment or change to regular ground shipping.
• Heavy or Oversize Items: Items such as walkers, rollators, nutrition drinks, diapers, etc. are not eligible for 2nd Day or Overnight charges. If you absolutely need expedited shipping, please contact us for a quote.
• Weekend and Holidays: UPS Overnight and 2nd Day Shipping only include business days and do not include weekends or holidays. If you need a package delivered on a Saturday, please write or call to check if that service is available in your area and the associated costs.
