Metro Medical will select the carrier if Flat Rate Shipping is selected. Depending on where you live, Flat Rate Shipping typically arrives in an average of 3-4 days with a range of 1-6 days for exceptionally proximal and distant locations.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If we are unable to ship within one business day, we will send an email notification.

Hawaii and Alaska: Free Shipping does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska. If your order is over $50 please make a note in the COMMENTS section or call us and ask us to evaluate the shipping charges. We will waive shipping charges on orders over $50 that are lightweight. Please select "FIRST CLASS MAIL" as your shipping option. Most orders to these areas will be sent US Priority Mail. Orders over four pounds will incur extra shipping charges. Please call, email or make a note in your order for 2nd Day and Overnight shipping rates to these areas. Very Heavy items cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, including, but not limited to nutritional products and incontinence products.
International orders are not eligible for "Free Shipping" and are shipped at the posted rates through our international shipping partner, Bongo. See below for more information on Bongo and how checkout through their system works for international orders.

Due to their weight or size, not all items are available for shipment to Hawaii or Alaska, Canada, or expedite shipping.
Most orders placed before 3:00 pm CST are shipped the same day (Monday through Friday).
There are no shipments on Saturday, Sunday or US Federal Holidays.
Time Deadline: Orders requesting expedited shipping must be received before 12:00 pm CST in order to be processed the same day (Monday-Friday). No Second Day, Next Day Air, or Overnight shipments are shipped or delivered on weekend days or holidays. The USPS, UPS or Fedex do not refund fees for items that were delayed by "Acts of Nature" (i.e. weather) and we, therefore, cannot refund the fees either.

Weekend and Holidays: 2nd Day, Next Day Air, and Overnight shipments are NOT shipped or delivered on the weekends or holidays. If you select 2nd Day on Thursday, your package will not be delivered until Monday. 2nd Day Shipments placed on Fridays are not delivered until Tuesday. Likewise, Overnight orders purchased on Friday are not delivered until Monday. Overnight orders placed on the weekends are not delivered until Tuesday. Saturday delivery is available by request only. Heavy or Oversize Items: Items such as walkers, rollators, cases of nutrition and cases of diapers are not eligible for expedited shipping. If you absolutely need expedited shipping, please call us at 1-866-774-9513 to obtain a shipping quote.
BRAS, SWIMSUITS, BREAST FORMS & COMPRESSION HOSE:
While we keep thousands of these items in stock in our Nashville warehouse, due to the large variety of sizes, styles and colors, some of the products will be ordered from the manufacturer. We have arrangements with most manufacturers to ship the same day we get the order. However, this does delay shipment to you by 2-4 days. Please allow a few extra days for these items to arrive.
Our shipping department team members have been trained to pack your order carefully to ensure that your order is complete and delivered to you in good condition and contain the correct number of items. However, the shipping carriers can sometimes damage even the best packaging. If your package has been damaged by the shipping carrier or is missing an item, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery. At no cost to you, we will notify the carrier and they will pick-up the damaged package and we will do our part by sending you a replacement immediately.
International Shipping Powered by
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.
