Ross POLYCOSE Powder is an easily digestible source of carbohydrate calories for use when additional calories are required. It mixes easily with regular foods and beverages to provide extra calories for persons with increased caloric needs or for those whose normal diet does not meet their needs. POLYCOSE Glucose Polymers Powder may be used indefinitely as an enteral carbohydrate supplement. Although POLYCOSE may serve temporarily as the sole energy source, it is not intended to be used as a sole-source nutritional product because it contains no protein, fat, or vitamins and very low levels of minerals.

DIRECTIONS:POLYCOSE Powder is designed to be added directly to foods and beverages in amounts determined by caloric requirements, tolerance and taste.
FOR MIXING WITH LIQUIDS:
For best results, pour desired amount of water or beverage into an appropriate-sized container, then stir in POLYCOSE with a spoon.
FOR MIXING WITH FOODS:
POLYCOSE may be mixed directly into foods such as mashed potatoes, oatmeal, gravy or soup.
Storage:
Seal opened POLYCOSE can with the plastic cover to keep out moisture. Store in a cool, dry place, but not in a refrigerator.
Dissolved POLYCOSE must be refrigerated.Concentrated solutions become more viscous when cold.Discard if not used within 24 hours.WARNINGS
