How to Load a Tension Ring
From the Osbon Esteem Instructional Manual:Choose a tension ring. You can begin using a standard pressure-point tension ring and add tension later; if necessary, to keep the erection. Always try to keep the erection with the least amount of tension. Correct positioning of the tension ring is also necessary to keep the erection. Tension rings should be positioned so that the "U" shaped notch is on the bottom of the penis and the pressure points are at the top of the penis.
NOTE: When using a combination of rings, the ring with the greatest amount of tension should be closest to your body. See booklet that came with your system for instructions on loading and transferring no more than two tension rings.
