Are there any exceptions to free shipping on orders over $50?
No, all orders that subtotal $50 or more will incur no shipping charges for regular, ground shipping!

Where are you located and where do you ship out of?
We are located in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. Depending on the product and the location that the items are shipping to, your order may ship out of either Nashville, Tennessee or Reno, Nevada. Most cases of diapers and nutrition will ship out of Reno if you are having the order shipped to a location near the west coast in order to get your items to you in the quickest manner.

What is the best way to reach you?
You may reach us either by phone (1-866-774-9513) or email at Customerservice@metromedicalonline.com. We have our own customer service representatives available to answer your calls and emails between the hours of 9am to 5pm CST Monday through Friday. If you call outside of these operating hours, you will most likely reach our call center. They will do their best to assist you but it is always best to speak to one of our customer service representatives directly if possible.

How long have you been in business?
Metro Medical Supply, Inc. has been in business since 1984. Our online store has been operating since 2005.

When can I expect my order to ship?
In an effort to provide the best service possible, we try our best to get orders out the same day they are ordered if the order is placed before 1pm. However, due to the nature of some items such as mastectomy items and compression garments, the sheer number of possible options makes it difficult to stock everything that we offer online. Typically, these items, if not in stock, arrive at our warehouse from the manufacturer within 2-3 business days. They are always shipped out to you the same day that we receive them. You will be notified, usually via email, if there is an item that is backordered from the manufacturer and we try our best to give an estimated date that you may expect your product(s). If you have other items on an order that has a backordered item(s), we will ship out everything else on the order and ship the backordered item separately at no additional cost as soon as it comes in.

Is your website completely secure?
Yes! We take the security of our customers very seriously and strive to protect your information with the best technologies available. We have never had a reported case of identity theft from our website and we constantly make efforts to maintain the safe reputation that we have worked tirelessly to build.

Do you monitor for fraudulent orders?
We scrupulously monitor incoming orders to ensure none are fraudulent. If you have placed a large dollar order, we require that the items are shipped to the billing address provided. We apologize for the inconvenience but it is imperative that we protect not only our customers but also the innocent people who may fall victim to internet fraud.
