Directions for Use:
Place insole in shoe as labeled Left (L) and Right (R) on the inside of the arch. Place the flat, shiny side against the shoe. Insole should lay flat. If insole curls at the sides, trim sides slightly with scissors. Do not trim heel. Wear socks or nylons. Can be easily moved from one shoe to another.
Care Instructions: Wash in warm water and mild soap. Air dry away from heat.
