The Ear Basin:
The Ear Basin is a must for your ear washing needs! It is made of sturdy plastic, and is specially molded to fit under your ear. It holds more fluid than an emesis basin and many patients and physicians prefer the ear basin. May be added to your order for an additional fee. Select "Add Ear Basin" above.
One of the pictures above show the ear basin and the ear washer in use. It has a long flexible hose with a clear vinyl shield to prevent backwash. There is a small sized soft, disposable tip at the distal end that allows it to access the ear canal with ease and comfort. The patient can assist by comfortably holding the ear basin, while the physician is able to clean the ear canal with ease.

How to clean Elephant Ear Washer Systems:
Doctor Easy ear washers are manufactured for multiple use. To clean, first, dispose of the disposable tip, being careful not to remove the terminal fitting with the disposable tip. (If you should discard the terminal fitting with the disposable top, please contact Doctor Easy for replacement.) Rinse the ear washer with the same solution or another dilute germicidal solution. NOTE: To prevent the spread of contaminants, NEVER re-use disposal tips. Ear washers come with 3 disposal tips. 20 count replacements tips are available for purchase.
