| Actis Adjustable Constriction Loop for Impotence Actis Adjustable Constriction Loop for Impotence is designed to improve erections by increasing the fullness and firmness of the penis. ACTIS consists of an adjustable latex loop that is placed around the base of the penis and tightened. ACTIS can placed at the base of a flaccid or erect penis. An O-ring and ball-locking unit allow for easy adjustment of tension. Blood flows into the penis through arteries deep in the tissues and flows out through the veins near the surface of the penis. The ACTIS device works by closing the veins and allowing blood to flow into the penis, restricting outward flow, producing an erection. Actis is adjustable and may be tightened or loosened to fit and is reusable. Directions for Use: To stretch Actis: Grasp the loop of Actis with the left hand with the end of the tubing with the ball on top. With the right hand, grasp the loop next to the O ring and strech the Actis device. To place around the shaft of the penis: Place the end of the penis through the stretched loop and slide Actis over the shaft of the penis until it is around the base. To place Actis: Place Actis so that the loop goes around the base of the penis. The part of the tubing with the ball should be on the top side of the penis. Grasp the tab end (lower end) of the tubing without the ball. Pull horizontally away from the penis until Actis is gently snug around the base of the penis. When Actis is first put in place, the ends of the tubing should be on either side of the shaft of the penis with the ball on top. To get proper tension: Grasp the tab on the end of the tubing without the ball and pull down. Actis should be tight enough to keep the blood from leaving the penis. Too much tension may stop the erection process. Too much tension may lead to discomfort and could cause harm to the penis. If the erection is not form enough, apply pressure with your hand to the area behind the scrotum. This may push more blood into the penis. As the penis becomes firm, Actis may be tightened or loosened to get an erection while providing the most comfort. To loosen the tension: After intercourse or if the erection is too firm, Actis may be loosened by pulling up on the end of the tubing with the ball. Once fully loose, Actis can be removed by sliding the loop over the end of the penis. Caution: This Product Contains Natural Rubber Latex Which May Cause Allergic Reactions.
