The Combination Douche and Enema System features a water bottle that helps relieve pain and promote healing.

This system is more economical than disposable systems and has a large 2-quart capacity.

Care and Storage:

  • Before each use, examine components carefully. The bottle should not be used if there are any signs of wear such as cracks and dryness.
  • After each use, thoroughly clean the water bottle and all components with lukewarm tap water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and let all components air dry.
  • Store bottle in dry, dark, cool place when not in use. Do not expose water bottle to direct sunlight.

Warnings:

  • Only use tap water in or on this bottle. Contact with oil or other substances may damage bottle.
  • Only use commercially-sold or doctor-recommended douche or enema solutions in this bottle.
  • Never use boiling or extremely hot water in bottle. Hot water can cause burns.
  • Do not use microwave, conventional oven, or stovetop to heat bottle or contents.
  • Do not fold, sit, or lie on bottle during use.
  • Do not place heavy objects on bottle and avoid contact with sharp objects.
  • Caution: This product contains rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.

    Directions for Use:

    Water Bottle Application:

    • Turn cap counterclockwise to loosen and remove.
    • Warm application: Fill bottle with warm tap water until two-thirds full. Cold Application: Fill bottle with cold tap water or crushed ice until two-thirds full.
    • Release excess air from bottle.
    • Secure cap back onto water bottle. Turn clockwise until tight.
    • To test for leakage, turn bottle upside down and apply firm pressure.
    • For sensitive skin areas, wrap bottle in a soft cloth or towel.
    • Apply for only 10 to 15 minutes at a time, waiting at least one hour between treatments or as advised by a doctor or healthcare professional.

    Douching Procedure:

    • Glide shut-off clamp over an end of the tubing and close clamp.
    • Attach vaginal pupe to camped end of tube.
    • Fill bottle two-thirds full with warm tap water. If preferred, add douche solution.
    • Secure adapter cap onto bottle. Turn clockwise until tight.
    • If using a douching solution, cover apapter cap opening with thumb and carefully shake to mix.
    • Connect the adapter cap to the free end of tubing.
    • Expel air in tubing by quickly releasing and closing shut-off clamp.
    • Attach hook to the hang tab on the water bottle. Hang the water bottle by the hook no more than three feet above your hips.
    • In shower: stand with feet separated and gently insert vaginal pipe. In bathtub: Lie in tub with knees bent and slightly apart. Gently insert vaginal pipe. On toilet: While seated, raise one thigh and gently insert vaginal pipe.
    • Release shut-off clamp to allow liquid to flow smoothly.

    General Enema Procedure:

    • Glide shut-off clamp over an end of the tubing and close clamp.
    • Attach enema pipe to clamped end of tube.
    • Fill bottle two-thirds full with warm tap water. If preferred, add enema solution.
    • Secure adapter cap onto bottle. Turn clockwise until tight.
    • If using an enema solution, cover adapter cap opening with thumb and carefully shake to mix.
    • Connect the adapter cap to the free end of tubing.
    • Expel air in tubing by quickly releasing and closing shut-off clamp.
    • Attach hook to the hang tab on the water bottle. Hang the water bottle by the hook no more than three feet above your hips.
    • Apply a lubricant, such as petroleum jelly, to the enema pipe.
    • In bathtub: Lie in tub and position knees upward. Gently insert enema pipe. On toilet: While seated, lean forward slightly and gently insert enema pipe.
    • Release shut-off clamp to allow liquid to flow smoothly.
