Covidien Ultra-Soft Foam Dressing is a replacement for Kendall's HYDRASORB Foam Dressings. Covidien Ultra-Soft Foam Dressing is ultra-soft hydrophilic foam that protects and cushions wounds. Small pores decrease the chance of tissue migration into the foam dressing. The dressing is pliable foam that allows for quick, easy shaping to apply over most any wound.
