The overall brace has a sleek, slim profile and can be easily worn with most athletic shoes. The brace is ideal for mild or moderate ankle sprains since it is easily removed and adjustable to account for changes in swelling. The rigid brace shells are designed to fit the ankle comfortably and provide the needed medial/lateral stabilization. Brace liner is made of a unique viscoelastic gel material. This gel conforms to the ankle and won’t leak, breakdown or cause any uncomfortable pressure points.

Place the rigid shells on the medial and lateral sides of the ankle. The heel width is easily customized and brace is applied with two adjustable hook and loop straps. While squeezing side panels together, wrap the lower, then the upper strap and fasten with hook and loop closures. Once both straps are fastened, re-adjust the lower then upper strap to ensure a proper fit. Fit should be snug, but not so tight it pinches or constricts circulation. Wear over socks and with an athletic shoe.

Spot clean with a soft cloth and mild soap. Rinse and wipe dry.
