The FLA OA/Arthritis Knee Brace is a single hinge. You should select your brace to make sure that the hinge is located on the same side as the affected compartment of your knee. Here are some examples: - Pain on the inside of the left knee: Medial Left/Lateral Right.

- Pain on the inside of right knee: Medial Right/Lateral Left.
